Description

Fulco is a tall and slim young noble, and makes an effort to show off his princely status. He often wears ostentatious clothing in the blue and white colors of his homeland, and a heavy cloak for riding. Due to the magical pact he shares with his storm drake, Maelstrom, his hair has taken on a metallic silver color, despite his age, and his blue eyes glow faintly with an electric power. His left arm is crisscrossed with pale blue scarring resembling lightning, running up his arm and shoulder to his chest. The pact allows him to control lightning magic just as the storm drakes do, summoning lightning bolts to fire at opponents or temporarily cloaking himself in an electric field that will shock anyone that makes contact with him. Fulco is a trained duelist and usually wears an extravagant rapier sheathed at his waist, along with carrying a finely crafted longbow of pale white wood.
